This course helps you improve your English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing for everyday and academic purposes.
You’ll learn to:
- Engage in conversations on a range of topics, from familiar to new
- Read and understand a variety of texts, including ones designed specifically for English language learners
- Expand your knowledge of English grammar and sentence structures
- Write paragraphs by linking sentences together
This course also helps you adjust to life in Ontario and Canada by exploring the diversity of the province and country.
Prerequisite: Level 1 English as a Second Language (Open)
